REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
WE WILL REFUND IF THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS FLAWED, IF THE QUALITY OF THE PRINTING IS POOR, OR IF THE FINAL PRODUCT IS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PRODUCT PRESENTED ON THE SITE. YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION: UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. YOU’LL ALSO NEED THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS IF IT DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ATTEMPTING TO RETURN WORN ITEMS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. WE RECOMMEND RETURN SHIPMENTS BE SENT WITH A SHIPPING CARRIER THAT OFFERS TRACKING SERVICE SUCH AS USPS, UPS, FEDEX.
PLEASE NOTE: THE AMOUNT REFUNDED EXCLUDES ANY OUTBOUND SHIPPING PAID ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT (USUALLY WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT), YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT. PLEASE INCORPORATE HI-RES JPEG IMAGES IF NECESSARY PERTAINING TO ANY BLEMISH JUSTIFICATIONS.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
